In the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 air travel apps in the United Arab Emirates showed varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Emirates experienced a consistent download rate, starting the quarter with 6.5K weekly downloads and ending with 5.6K. Active users fluctuated slightly, peaking at 13.1K in early January and maintaining around 12.6K by the end of March.

Wizz Air - Book Flights saw a gradual decline in downloads, from 6.1K in the first week to 4.7K by the end of the quarter. Active users also saw a downward trend, starting at 14.3K and closing at 12.6K.

Air Arabia maintained a steady download rate, with figures ranging from 5.7K at the beginning to 5.0K towards the end of Q1. Active users showed a slight increase, beginning at 13.2K and ending at 13.5K.

flydubai had a consistent download rate, starting with 4.9K weekly downloads and finishing at 4.7K. Active users saw a slight increase from 8.4K at the beginning to 8.6K by the end of the quarter.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker showed a steady revenue stream, peaking at around $3K in the final week of March. Downloads decreased from 4.4K to 3.0K, while active users dropped from 10K to 8.4K throughout the quarter.
